With QS 9000 & ISO 9001:2000 certifications, our first factory has been serving automotive industry for more than 17 years.
In 1989, Auto-mould opened the first factory in Dongguan, China when it purchased and re-organized a state-owned factory from local government. Since then, Auto-mould started serving automotive industry and begins to expand its business into other industries.
This factory is well equipped to build big-sized mold. Among machines in this factory, there are molding presses with 2,100 x 2,100 mm platens, CNC machining centers with 1,500 x 1,200 x 680mm axis travel, gantry-type milling machine with 1,600 x 2500 x 1000mm axis travel, double-quill RAM EDM, Wire EDM with 800 x 630 travels (X, Y), 100-Ton Die Spotting Press, CMM with 1,500 x 1,200 x 1,000 mm measure range, etc. These machines enable us to handle big sized mold measuring as big as 2,500mm in length.

The 1990s saw thousands of factories established in Chang'an, which results in a big tooling and molding demand from industries such as home appliances, office appliances, electrics and electronics, etc. To adapt to this tendency, we acquired another factory. This factory is equipped with more precise machines. Up to now, this factory has built thousands of molds, 30% of which have been exported to overseas market.
