a. Reverse engineering
We can help customers develop new products based on samples and prototypes using reverse engineering. 3D digitizing and laser scanning are widely used in this process.

b. Design based on sketch and description supplied by customers
We can also help customers develop a new product based on simple sketch and brief description on functions, dimensions, etc. Generally, we provide 2D drawing or/and 3D model as requested.


2. Participate in customer's design group
Our participation can always help you shorten the design-to-market time and save tooling cost. As a matter of fact, many customers, especially some old customers, often invite us to join in their product design.
First, our engineers with tooling background can help you avoid any potential un-moldable undercut and hidden features as well as some features which may cause molding defects. As you can imagine, if not detected and fixed in time, these trouble-making features will lead to big tooling delay or even costly and time-consuming modification after first trial run.
