In each factory, we have an independent engineering
department, which can provide one-stop engineering
service. Our engineers can start service early from your
product design stage. That is to say, if need be, our
engineers are ready to join you in your product design.
And, their service never ends until your mold is
obsolesced.
In product design stage, they are supposed to give you
advice on how to optimize a design, how to avoid
potential molding defects, how to achieve the best
process solution to minimize the cost, etc. In the mold
design stage, we are supposed to finish the design and
respond to your suggestions and concerns on the mold
design. And, our engineers will be still around for help
even if the mold has been delivered to run in your own
workshop.
Our engineers are required to be responsive,
responsible and reliable to our customers.
Responsive
In Auto-mold, every engineer is supposed to be
responsive to customer' s product-design assistance
request. Whether you are established customer or not our
engineers are supposed to respond to your enquiries in
time. We have specific engineers to handle each project.
They will be the source where you can get engineering
service and the window where you can put forward your
comments and suggestions to us.
Responsible
For each project, we have a team in charge, which will
led by a project manger. One or, if need be, more
engineers and technicians will be appointed to work in
the team. And, these engineers together with other
team-mates are supposed to take the responsibility for
any engineer ing
issues on this project. They will have to work well to
keep everything in order. If any engineering-related
complaint comes up, they will have to come out to take
the blame.
Reliable
We always take pride in our competent engineering force.
For each project, we can appoint at least one engineer
with college education back-ground and 10+ years work
experience. Whenever we get a hard nut to crack we
will call up a team of experienced engineers to discuss
and fix it.
